Praise follows, then the section designation, “house.” Invitation and prohibition follow one another within a single line. This repetition can be read as a tension between the desire to approach a sacred place and a boundary that must not be crossed. A working literal rendering of the final lines, 128–134, from the Sumerian transliteration in ETCSL 4.80.2. This is the complete last section, not the complete hymn, and it is not a reproduction of ETCSL’s modern English translation. The spellings Ashgi, Nintud and Nintur follow these lines.
